The Lowitja Institute Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health CRC is an activity of the Australian Government CRC Programme.

By holding this conference in Darwin, on the lands of the Larrakia Nation, the Lowitja Institute honours its origins, which dates to 1997 with the establishment of the Cooperative Research Centre for Aboriginal and Tropical Health.  

The conference will be held at the Darwin Convention Centre, an award winning, world class venue in the tropical harbour city.
